Earlier this month, Shane McMahon tweeted out some videos of his grueling workout regimen.

Just over two weeks later, footage of the Undertaker lifting 500 pounds on a barbell rack pull and executing a 40-inch box jump hit the Internet.

Needless to say, competing in a Hell in a Cell match the way the two will do at WrestleMania 32 before an expected crowd of 100,000-plus fans at ATT Stadium in Arlington, Texas requires preparing your body for the extreme.

WWE cameras recently followed Shane-O-Mac around to get an inside look at just how entrenched he is in muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

The clip opens up with Shane visiting New York City’s the Wat complex, where he trains in muay thai with trainer Ajarn Phil Nurse, who puts him through drills in which Shane-O-Mac does everything from throw punches, kicks, elbows and high knees.

“We’ve gone above and beyond in everything we’ve done. He’s ready,” Nurse says in the clip. “As a coach, you push to see where the breaking points are and when you get to that breaking point, you push more, because that’s what’s going to happen in the fight.”

So, how can the training help Shane in the most destructive structure in sports entertainment, the Hell in a Cell?

“What’s going to separate Shane from the Undertaker … he doesn’t know what stop means,” Nurse continues. “He doesn’t know what coming second means. He’s going to give it his all.”

Before Shane left WWE six years ago, we witnessed his willingness to use his body as a weapon. Well, he seems even more equipped to do so now, despite being older.

As the clip continues, we see Shane heading over to Renzo Gracie Academy, also in New York City, where he trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Renzo Gracie says the art is “perfect for Shane to defend himself against such a huge opponent,” adding that they’ve been focusing on counterattack moves for the Undertaker.

He’s looking amazing,” Gracie says of Shane. “The balance, the way of changing positions, the speed, I couldn’t believe this was the best shape I have ever seen him.”

Shane himself has never felt better.

“I feel very lucky, very blessed,” he says in the video. “I’m ready to go. I’m in shape to go.”

WrestleMania 32 is just nine days away.
