NORTH Melbourne captain Andrew Swallow will make his return on Thursday night but it’s not all good news for the Kangaroos.

Swallow and key midfielder Ben Cunnington have been named for the clash against Adelaide at Adelaide Oval but Daniel Wells will miss with an ankle injury.

Wells missed the team’s flight to Adelaide in the hope of proving his fitness and making the trip on Thursday morning but it was not to be.

Luke McDonald will also miss the game after severely injuring his hamstring in the loss to Hawthorn last week, undergoing surgery earlier this week.

Coming off the bye, the Crows have made one change for the game with Brad Crouch replacing Paul Seedsman.

The talented midfielder has been toiling away in the SANFL after falling out of form and favour but will get his chance to prove his worth on the big stage.

Seedsman, the former Magpie, is out with a hamstring injury.
