ALTHOUGH only percentage separates these teams on the ladder its been a one-way street in terms of betting in the match with 80 per cent of all money on Geelong to win.

A week ago before both teams player they were equal favourites at $1.90.

Both teams won last Saturday night but the loss of star on baller Luke Dalhaus in the Bulldogs narrow and heroic victory over Port Adelaide has been the catalyst for the betting chances.

Straight after their wins the Bulldogs had drifted to $2.00 and since then they’ve drifted everyday and are now out to $2.40.

Conversely the Cats have firmed from $1.80 into $1.60.

The Cats have owned the Bulldogs in recent seasons having won their last eight clashes against them dating back to 2009.

The Bulldogs have won their last three matches and five of their last six games. They have also won 17 out of their last 21 games at Etihad.

Geelong are eight wins, three losses and a draw from its past two seasons at Etihad Stadium.

PORT Adelaide has attracted 64% of the support to defeat Fremantle on their home ground this evening.

After a dreadful start to the season, losing their first ten matches the Dockers have had comfortable consecutive wins over the competition’s worst teams in Brisbane and Essendon.

Port have had a mid season surge but went down by three points in a thriller to the Bulldogs last Saturday night.

The Dockers have regained their star Matthew Pavlich and also should have an advantage in the ruck with Zac Clarke up against make shift ruckman Jackson Trengove.

These teams have split their last six meetings going back to Round 22, 2013
